Responsibilities:

Actively leads the site on all financial/business control issues related to the manufacturing organization, ensuring strong emphasis on financial control accountability, cost control analysis, and accounting process development. Be an active member of the Site Leadership Team.
Responsibilities Include:

Provide manufacturing accounting support for the site and related activities including, journal preparation, account analysis and reconciliation.

Support the Enterprise's commitment to ensuring effective accounting process and internal controls are in place and Accounting standards are legally compliant.

Provide innovative and cost-effective support for the site team including assisting cost optimization and supporting cost control improvement programs.

Provide financial analysis on manufacturing improvement and capital projects.

Implement "Best Practice" financial accounting, reporting and internal controls.

Report on operational performance and KPI's.

Maintain and foster collaborative effort with Finance teams locally and overseas to identify, establish and share best practices.

Be an active member of the Site Leadership team

Participate and initiate in team projects. Identify and share continuous improvement ideas.
